All orders ship from two distinct coordinates. Where your items begin their journey depends on what you’ve chosen to carry. Handmade bags, keyrings, and lanyards are packed with care and dispatched from Australia. These items are stitched with intention and sent with quiet urgency. Clothing orders ship from the United States — processed through a streamlined fulfillment flow. Most garments begin their journey within 2–4 business days depending on style and stock. Split Shipments If your order includes items from both regions, they’ll travel on separate paths so two dispatches, one emotional outcome. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each. Worldwide Shipping Yes, we ship globally. Customs duties may apply depending on your location. We wish we could cover them, but instead we send moral support.

Eligible Returns
Only items that arrive damaged or defective may be eligible for replacement or refund. If that’s the case, email us within 7 days of receiving your order; include clear photos and a brief description of what went wrong. We’ll respond with actual empathy and practical options. No remorse refunds We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing uncertainties, or emotional misfires. Everything is made or printed to order, we ask that you read product details and refer to the sizing chart of each individual product with care before committing.
The Handmade Clause
Slight imperfections in hand-crafted items (bags, lanyards, keyrings) are signs of human touch, not defects. Variation is part of the story. If something truly feels off, we’ll look at it together.
Shipping woes
If your package is delayed or lost, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. We can’t refund for postal mysteries outside our control, but we’ll stay in touch and offer what we can — updates, re-sends, or alternate forms of closure.

These items are made in finite runs, once they're gone, they're gone. No reprints. No restocks. No exchanges for different styles, colors, or second thoughts. Every order is a commitment — to the moment, the story, and the weird little universe we're building. We can't refund for hesitation or post-purchase heartbreak, so choose with intention. If something arrives damaged, we’ll address it (see above). Otherwise, what you buy becomes part of a timeline that doesn’t loop back.
